These appointments are only currently available for customers who wish to collect their new bike from our Hampton Wick Store in London.

This service will provide you with the following benefits:

• Expert face-to-face advice and guidance via your computer or mobile device
• Understanding your ride preferences and selecting the most appropriate model for your needs
• A visual tour of our shop floor and the range of bikes we have in stock
• A free, set-up & check, when you collect your new bike

Should this new service be as successful as we hope, then we will look to expand it to a wider range of customers as soon as possible.
