ENVE have redesigned the profile of the 3.4 SES rim with a 21mm internal rim width and 38mm x 27.5mm curvature, for stability and compliance in blustery winds. Like all SES wheels, the front and back rims have dissimilar shapes and geometries to optimise ride performance. The new 21mm internal rim embraces the rapidly growing prevalence of the wider tyre, optimised around the width and shape of the 25mm tyre. Offering reduced rolling resistance, improved stability and aerodynamics, this tyre was made to defeat mountains.

At the heart of the wheel is an incredibly reliable and durable Chris King R45 hub; the perfect match in quality and performance for the 3.4 SES rim.

Featuring a 100% carbon unidirectional braking surface with a rougher texture, the 3.4 SES boasts 30% improved braking performance. With highly superior and effortless wet weather braking, near equal to that in dry weather, this rim redefines carbon wheels.

Additional compatibility with a tubeless setup for lower rolling resistance allows you to lower tyre pressures for increased traction and comfort and a reduced chance of punctures from pinch flats and debris.
