Edco Aero Gesero 65mm Carbon Clincher Wheelset
With rims built in their own Asian factory, hubs from Switzerland and the final build completed by hand in Holland, the full manufacturing process of the Edco Aero Gesero 65mm Carbon Clincher Wheelset is carefully controlled to create strong, reliable wheels that are ideal for triathletes and road cyclists taking on fast courses. Furthermore, the patented Edco MultiSys cassette body is compatible with SRAM, Shimano or Campagnolo, making the wheels a perfect option if you have bikes running different groupsets and would like to swap wheelsets between them.
The special carbon layer structure of the unique Integrated Low Temperature braking surface (ILT), combined with high Tg resin and specifically designed brake pads, prevents heat build-up and ensures consistent braking in wet or dry conditions.
The full carbon construction uses proprietary 9k 8mm Twill weave - 9000 strands of carbon per bundle, hand-woven into a unique 8mm Twill pattern - to create an extremely strong and stiff material.
Please note: The manufacturer does not recommend using latex inner tubes with carbon clincher wheels. Using latex tubes may void your warranty.
