Engineered for exceptional speed, compliance, and multi-day versatility, the Factor Sarana Force XPLR Suspension Gravel Bike combines a high-performance carbon chassis with trail-smoothing front suspension integration. Built from premium Toray and Nippon Graphite pan-based fibres, the monocoque frame delivers outstanding lateral stiffness for efficient power transfer alongside tuned in-plane flex to reduce rider fatigue over harsh terrain. The cockpit features a 1.5-inch integrated headset with fully internal cable routing seamlessly integrated into a Black Inc integrated barstem. Running on smooth CeramicSpeed T47A WIDE bottom bracket bearings, this 700c setup offers massive tyre clearance up to 57 millimetres to handle unpredictable backcountry routes with complete stability.
Shifting and Braking Performance
At the core of the drivetrain is SRAM's wireless Force E1 XPLR 1x13-speed electronic groupset, featuring a 44-tooth chainring paired with a wide-range 10 to 46-tooth cassette for smooth transitions on fast sections and ample range for steep gradients. Hydraulic disc brakes with 160 millimetre rotors front and rear ensure controlled, reliable stopping power across all weather conditions, supported by stiff 12 millimetre front and rear thru-axles. The lightweight Black Inc 46 carbon wheelset enhances acceleration and aerodynamic efficiency, delivering a fast, planted feel over loose surfaces and high-speed gravel tracks.
Integrated Storage and Bike Build Features
Designed for demanding endurance events and remote adventures, this complete build includes integrated accessories such as a custom downtube storage bag, top tube pack, and frame pack. The setup includes an FSA SL-K seatpost for targeted rear-end flex, while remaining fully compatible with 30.9 millimetre dropper posts for enhanced control on steep technical descents. Backed by Factor's limited lifetime warranty, this 13-speed suspension-ready gravel build brings together clean internal integration, modern electronic shifting, and rugged reliability for uncompromised speed on any terrain.
