Pro-Level Power Transfer and Efficiency
At the core of the Giro Imperial II AS Road Shoes is a Giro-designed forged unidirectional carbon fibre sole unit, delivering an impressive 140Nm plate stiffness – 20Nm stiffer than the EC90. This ultra-high modulus carbon composite plate maximises power transfer while remaining race-ready light. An integrated external arch contour and the SuperNatural Fit Kit with adjustable arch support ensure optimal pedalling efficiency and biomechanical alignment. With 3-bolt cleat compatibility and 5mm fore/aft adjustment slots, you can fine-tune your cleat position for peak performance.
Precision Fit, Durability and All-Season Comfort
The all-new one-piece monofilament mesh upper, reinforced with a thermally bonded TPU skin and Teijin TPU exo-structure, provides excellent ventilation while standing up to year-round riding. Dual BOA® Li2 closures with machine-aluminium dials and soft lace guides allow effortless micro-adjustments, even mid-ride.
An injected heel counter, stainless steel hard wear, TPU toe protection and a replaceable TPU heel pad enhance comfort and longevity.
