The padded air mesh back panel is well ventilated so as to avoid discomfort on warm days and the adjustable sternum strap helps keep the pack stable when loaded up. If only lightly loaded, then the compression straps keep the contents in check and held comfortably close to the back for better weight distribution. The recycled nylon fabric has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment for use in light rain and an integrated rain cover for use when conditions worsen.
