Stiff, lightweight, and ready to perform, the Lake CX237 Road Carbon Twin Boa Shoes Wide Fit are ready to perform, alongside being exceptionally durable and comfortable.
The 100% carbon fibre sole is extremely stiff - of utmost importance to ensure all your power is being transferred through the pedals and onto the road. The three-hole cleat pattern is compatible with the majority of road cycling shoes.
The shoes use a Competition Last which is designed for high-cadence, high-pressure riding. The last has increased toe pitch and heel lift, and a tighter heel which, combined, allow the foot to expand more under high pressure without any discomfort.
A full grain leather and mesh upper improves the shoes' breathability whist increasing comfort and durability. The dual, side-mounted push/pull BOA system with releasable lace guides allows fine adjustments to achieve the perfect fit, and is easy to tighten and release, even on the go.
This version is particularly suited to wider feet, with 15mm of additional volume at the ball of the foot over the standard width shoes.
