After a long and hard time of research and developement with thousands of test kilometers and various lab testings of a huge number of different prototypes Heinz Obermayer, the inventor and father of the first wheels made of 100% fibre material, came out in 2005 with a revolutionary new set of wheels - Lightweight Ventoux!

It should be light, having a relatively small rim design, offer some more comfort without cutting back in terms of acceleration and stiffness. And they should look simply beautiful of cause. All this topics characterise the Lightweight Ventoux wheels perfectly. With a total weight of only 999g per set the Ventoux are the reference for wheels with that kind of rim shape in the market.
