The On Running Cloudstratus Running Shoes utilise the brands innovative “clouds” in a double layer format within their midsoles. These individual “pods” offer exceptional cushioning when running across distances that vary between 5k and marathons, helping to markedly reduce fatigue. The clouds are made from Helion superfoam that is reactive and springy, and this combines with integrated polypropylene speedboards to energise the running stride.
A unique rubber compound in the outsoles ensures confidence-inspiring grip in all conditions, while the part-recycled mesh uppers are highly breathable to provide a cooling airflow in hot conditions. In addition, the uppers have a sock-like construction for extra comfort and support over longer running distances. A wider forefoot shape and improved heel grip guarantee a good fit for varied foot shapes, and a star lacing format tightens evenly without any peak pressure points.
