1) Measure the rider's hip circumference at the broadest point.
2) Measure the circumference of the rider's thighs at their broadest point.
3) Measure the riders height in centimetres.
4) Take the rider's weight in kilograms.

Great cycling arm warmers that I'd recommend - light, flexible, very comfortable, no annoying and unnecessary gripper bands and thankfully devoid of any logos the lack of which means that they go with any other brand of kit that you may have - why can't Pas Normal do that with their other kit so that you don't look like a cycling billboard, not that I've got any, partly for that reason!
