Updated for 2014 with Pearl Izumi's new Mk2 two stage closure system for an even better fit, the P.R.O. Barrier WxB Shoe Cover offers excellent protection from wet and windy weather in milder temperatures with their waterproof exterior and fleece interior. Can be used with shoe cleats.
