Precision Fuel & Hydration Electrolyte Capsules provide a convenient way to maintain electrolyte balance, especially when relying on water from feed stations, during long activities where mixing drinks is impractical, or for those who prefer plain water over sports drinks. They can also be used to increase the electrolyte content of other drinks.
Each box contains 15 blister-packed capsules, with 250 mg of sodium per capsule.

Potassium: 125mg
Magnesium: 11mg
Calcium: 9mg

Tri-Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Tri-Potassium Citrate.
