I bought these at the Sigma store in Hampton when a sales advisor showed me them. That was 3 years ago now. And that pair took me through several 300 to 600km Audax rides. These are excellent as they allow you to rest the elbows, shoulders, thorax and concentrate on working the hips and legs. Most important is the way the hands can rest palm down - this helps relax the body. I've noticed when i grip the bars with the thumbs up (which other aero-bars emphasize) my body becomes energized and aggressive which is good for short rides of up to 100 miles but not good for longer rides. So these really are the best all round bars as they allow for both a relaxed palm down grip and an aggressive thumbs up grip - so great for both training as well as being comfortable on long endurance rides. HOWEVER, i've noticed i get increased issues with parasthesia / numbing of my hands, especially when riding in sub 10 degrees Celcius temps: mainly due to the bars being metal and transferring more coldness to the hands as well as the hands being in front meeting cold air first. After speaking with my Chiropractor about this, he recommended putting bar grips (for tactile stimulation of the hands) and tape (to form a barrier to the bare metal). I've tried both and now prefer the more tactile addition of bar grips (see photo). Now on my second pair of these - i wore out the thread changing the bars between bikes, and it was a no-brainer for me to buy these same bars again: they are excellent

I bought this bar extension for an upcoming TT. I cycled before on a road bike and thought that some cheep aero gains could be achieved this way. The extension cost £50 in mid 2019. There is no adjustment to the bars possible but elbow cups can be set in 3 positions. No height adjustment either. The curve of the bar is very good for a beginner TTrialist. Wrists can rest in ergonomic position and aren't stretched/ flexed at an unusual angle. Overall I'm happy with the purchase for intended use which is an occasional club TT during summer. For those that want more adjustment there are better options but also cost is higher
