Race Face’s Affect R e-MTB 30mm 27.5 Rear MTB Wheel has been built to stand up to the extra stresses and strains that a wheel is subjected to by the weight and power of an electric bike.
With an internal width of 30mm, the aluminium rim can support the widest, most aggressive tyres and shrug off any rocks or roots it might encounter. 32 J-bend spokes add extra strength and stiffness to the wheel whilst tubeless compatibility provides the potential for lower pressures and fewer punctures.
Cartridge bearings in the hub keep the wheel rolling smoothly through mud and rain with the steel axle adding the kind of rigidity an electric motor requires to efficiently lay down the power.
