I bought these as a replacement for the original organic pads that came with the Sram rival group set on the bike. The organic pads only lasted 400km. Sadly these have worn just as quick as the organic pads. Both sets of pads were used in poor weather and a mixture of road and muddy conditions which may account for some of the wear. They stop the bike well and don’t rub. If your riding in bad conditions I’d recommend using a tougher compound.
