For use either as a replacement for a worn ring or to give an alternative ratio, the 36 Tooth 11-Speed Red22 Road Chainring from SRAM fits all 110 BCD Red22, Force 22 and Rival22 chainsets. The ring is strain hardened for strength and durability, and the tooth shapes are made using coining, in which a closed die forging process is used to give closer tolerances than CNC machining can produce. This gives a chainring with better shifting, greater chain security and more durability.
