Salsa Woodchipper Handlebar
Salsa’s vast range of components and accessories are amongst some of the most sought after parts in the bike industry, and the Woodchipper Handlebar definitely pay testament to this. Allowing for a vast range of possible hand positions, this handlebar is ideal for anyone looking to get out and explore the wilderness on their adventure bike, or even wants greater comfort on their road bike.
Although they may take the same drop bar shape as a road handlebar, these handlebars require a slightly different setup for optimal performance: the brake/shifter position should be canted downward with the drop portion of the bar angled in the 20–25° range.
The shallow drop allows for quick changes onto the drops, whilst the bar-ends accept bar-end shifters, giving you full versatility when you want to change gears.
