The Saris Turbo Training Accessory Kit includes a Mat, Climbing Riser Block and Towel. The PVC foam mat sits under the trainer to protect the floor from sweat and marks, whilst the climbing riser block can raise the front wheel to different heights to better simulate uphill efforts. The towel is simply for mopping up the result of those efforts!
