Product Details
ST-R7120 105 double hydraulic / mechanical STI lever, left hand, black
These slim, ergonomically designed 105 Dual Control Levers are tailored for smaller hands, providing a natural and comfortable grip. The lever blade is shaped to reduce reach, while the short shift arc follows hand movement for rapid and precise gear changes.
Compatible with 12-speed drivetrains, the levers deliver effortless and accurate shifting. Optislick-coated cables and silicon-greased outer casing reduce friction and increase service life.
The integrated hydraulic disc brakes offer powerful, controllable, and consistent stopping power with less effort, particularly from the hood position. The hydraulic reservoir automatically adjusts pad-to-rotor clearance to maintain performance as pads wear.
Reach adjusters allow fine-tuning for a custom fit, while the easy-to-bleed hydraulic system is compatible with Shimano mineral oil only for straightforward maintenance.

About Shimano
Shifting the way the world rides.
From a single Osaka workshop in 1921, Shimano has grown into the world's most influential component maker. The brand's relentless engineering — Dura-Ace, Ultegra, GRX, XTR — has shaped the way the world shifts, brakes and rides, on the road and off it.
Shimano's flagship groupset, Dura-Ace, has been the benchmark for top-level road components for more than five decades. Every refinement that lands on Dura-Ace eventually shapes the entire Shimano range, all the way down to entry-level drivetrains.
