The Shimano TR9 SPD-SL Triathlon Road Shoes have been designed to improve your aerodynamics and efficiency throughout the transition and cycling phase of your triathlon. Everything from a wide foot entry to an asymmetrical heel loop for quicker entry and exit of the shoe has been thought about, making this shoe one of the fastest on the market.

The T1-Quick strap and extra-wide collar provide a larger entry for triathlete’s getting serious about their transition times, whilst an asymmetrical heel loop makes it easier to get your finger through the loop, allowing you to pull on the shoe easier and quicker.

Weighing only 502g, the TR9 is incredibly breathable, with a 3D breathable mesh. A high performance feature, Shimano has used a lightweight, stiff carbon fibre sole composite. This sole efficiently transfers power, without losing any watts through sole flex. An anatomical toe cap adds to the breathability of this shoe, whilst also ensuring the toe area remains rigid.
