They look ok, too hard to get on easy for me, my thumbs are not strong enough to get them on, once on, I would find it too difficult to get off when wet and cold. Do not not recommend them.

Spatz Fasta Lite Overshoes
Fast and protective, the Spatz Fasta Lite Overshoes are made with supple fabric for a sleek, aerodynamic fit that's easy to put on and take off. Building on the success of earlier models like the Legalz, the FASTA LITE represents a whole new category of high-performance overshoes. They are now tougher, sleeker, more durable, and more aerodynamic.
Developed with top athletes like the Brownlee Brothers and the Alpecin-Deceuninck team, this model features improved durability, aerodynamics, and comfort. A seamless and supple transition between the overshoe and leg is made possible via 15cm silicone seals running vertically down the leg. The leg area uses 1mm neoprene for a snug, second-skin feel, while the bottom opening is lined with two silicone aqua seals to ensure minimal water ingress and keep them snug against your cycling shoes. With no fastenings and a seamless design, the FASTA LITE sets a new standard for performance in all weather conditions.
For racers, trainers, or casual riders looking for the best in overshoe technology, the Spatz FASTA LITE is unbeatable.
