The Tarmac SL9 S-Level was born from the fastest road bike Specialized has ever made, but its performance goes far beyond simply being lightweight or aerodynamic. Rather than focusing solely on static wind-tunnel figures, Specialized has developed the Tarmac SL9 around unpredictable, real-world racing conditions. From blustery headwinds and rolling terrain to technical descents and decisive attacks, its performance has been validated on real courses with real riders. The result is a road race bike designed to deliver one thing that matters most on race day: the lowest possible Time to Finish.
Race-Bred Speed and Handling
Built around a FACT 10r Carbon frame, the Tarmac SL9 S-Level combines low weight, aerodynamic efficiency and precise handling without compromising one for another. The Roval Rapide CL III carbon wheels complement the frame with an aero-focused profile designed to carry speed efficiently, while the Roval Rapide Integrated Cockpit creates a clean, streamlined front end. Together, these features give the Tarmac the speed to attack and the confidence to carry momentum through corners, descents and fast, technical sections of road.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
