The Specialized Storm DH is a tough and durable MTB Clincher Tyre, designed for fast riding in unpredictable conditions. With its large 2.3" width, the Storm offers high levels of traction for a stable ride, whilst simultaneously increasing comfort by taking the sting out of those bigger hits.
The tall, well-spaced knobs help to clear mud quickly and efficiently, biting into loose terrain and finding traction where other tyres would wash out. Featuring a soft rubber compound, this tyre is aimed at wet weather riding, designed to stick to slippery roots and rocks, no matter the gradient.
When racing downhill, a puncture can be the difference between success and failure. Utilising Butyl inserts at the bead, the Storm offers high levels of pinch flat protection. This, coupled with the dual ply construction ensures high levels of durability for fast, stable and reliable racing all-year round.
