Speedplay Light Action Walkable Cleat Cover
Never again will you have to fear the perils of getting off your bike in your cycling shoes thanks to the Speedplay Light Action Walkable Cleat Cover.
These are the first road cleats that are also designed to be walked in. Speedplay have achieved this by integrating a rubber cover with the cleat. This stays on the cleat whilst riding and then enables smooth transitions from riding to walking. The rubber cover provides better traction, as well as protecting the cleat itself. Furthermore, the design is low profile and contoured to facilitate a more natural gait when walking.
Also included in the pack are Cleat Buddies. These are plugs that can be easily screwed in and out of the cleat to add to the protection of the cleat when walking from mud and debris which might interfere with the mechanism. When you are ready to ride again they conveniently snap together for easy transportation.
Please note: Light Action Walkable™ Cleats are not compatible with Speedplay Zero and X-Series pedals.
