Sportful BodyFit Pro Bib Short LTD
With the BodyFit Pro Limited Bib Short, Sportful have sought to create an elite short. The Italian manufacturer's relationship with the Tinkoff-Saxo team allows them to test their shorts with some of the best riders in the world.
The 220 gm Lycra offers excellent muscle support, giving the optimal degree of muscle compression without being too tight. Four needle flat lock stitching creates a smooth even surface across the shorts, which both optimises aerodynamics whilst also reducing the threat of chaffing, especially in those more delicate areas.
AeroFlow Compress fabric acts to support your leg muscles whilst also reduce airflow turbulence over the legs. This reduces the quantity of energy needed to generate the same amount of speed; saving you precious watts for that finishing sprint.
The perforated elastic strap acts to increase airflow and minimise chaffing, allowing you to concentrate on the road ahead.
The TotalComfort Pro seatpad is Sportful's highest performing pad, ideally suited to long hours in the saddle. The pad, constructed from closed-cell urethane foam, is quick-drying and perforated for breathability. It features multi density gradients and a continuously variable thickness to alleviate any undue stress on pressure points.
A radio pocket is also included and this doubles up nicely as a space for an energy gel or bar.
