The new Topeak Drybag Pannier 24L is made from durable, sonically welded, and seam-sealed waterproof material. A watertight roll-top closure ensures maximum protection from trail dust, road spray, and harsh weather conditions. The new Handle Loc system allows quick and secure attachment to the rack and can be easily removed with a simple upward press and pull of the top-mounted carry handle.
