For unisex items: Men should choose their normal size. Women should choose one size down from their normal size. e.g. if usually M, choose S.
(1) Chest measurement is measured around the largest part of the chest with the tape measure horizontal to the floor.
(2) Waist measurement is measured around narrowest part of the torso, generally a couple cm above belly button with the tape measure horizontal to the floor.

Beautiful colour finish on this gilet and spot on for recent cold winds in the UK. The cut and fit is spot on and it folds easily into it's own zip pocket for storage. Not the cheapest option, but certainly one of the best looking and materials seem good quality.
Really lightweight and packable gilet that does the job for those colder rides and mornings where a jacket isn't necessary. Will definitely get a lot of use. However, sizing is a bit off. Could be down to it being unisex. I'm usually a Medium is my cycling gear (5'10" 75kg) but was forced to return the Medium for a Large as it was unbearably tight around the chest. Large fits far better around the chest, but is just slightly too flappy around the waist.
