These liners are very difficult to fit. I followed the instructions provided but found getting the last bit on very hard. I also struggled to get the sealant in as it kept clogging in valve hole. Once cycling there is a slight improvement in ride comfort. However the main feature is that if you get a puncture that won't seal you can carry on riding (slowly) until you are home or to somewhere the problem can be dealt with. I speak from experience. Despite what their claims are they are not reusable after they've been in the tyre a few months. Despite all the issues I continue to use the liners on all my tubeless wheels.
