The Wahoo ELEMNT ROAM GPS Cycling Computer combines ride metrics, training plans and easy navigation in one small unit.

The 2.7”, 64 colour display makes following routes, reading information and understanding graphs much easier, especially when riding along. The large convex buttons can be used even when wearing long-fingered gloves. Dual Band GPS provides a better, more accurate and reliable signal that is particularly useful in built-up urban environments when a clear signal can be tricky but the precise location is essential.

Storage has been increased to 32GB so more maps, routes and workouts can be saved and accessed on the go whilst the battery life can be up to an impressive 17 hours, depending on connections and use. The unit now integrates with the SYSTM workout program on the Companion app so that efficient, structured training can be done outside as well as on the turbo. It can even be connected to the Supersapiens Continuous Glucose Monitor for more workout data.

In addition to Wahoo X and TrainingPeaks, you can now push workouts to your ELEMNT from Humango, Nolio, Final Surge, Join, Intervals.icu, and TrainerDay accounts to your ELEMNT computer.

Setting up the ROAM is simple through the intuitive smartphone companion app that can also be used for choosing routes or workouts and can be linked to apps such as Ride with GPS or Strava for activity recording and route creation. Routes can also be quickly shared with fellow riders so that everyone knows where to go and won’t miss a turn or junction.
