As with all size charts, these measurements are close to a borderline or you wish to wear garments for recovery purposes, the smaller size should be chosen.
Note: When considering your appropriate size for compression socks, revert to sizing as per your calf girth.
Difficult to know if these truly have the claimed benefits, but certainly don’t seem to be any disbenefits. They fit snugly, such that you can feel them, but without feeling like a tourniquet. They don’t fall down, as long as you’ve got them properly pulled up in he first place.
Good quality product but not as tight around my calves as I expected. Using the size guide on the site I'm between medium and large. I ended up getting a small and even then I wouldn't describe them as particularly tight. It might not look as good but some tight tubi-grip from Boots would give much better compression.
