Description
3T Aerotundo Team Stealth Carbon Handlebar 2015
Keeping you under the radar, the 3T Aerotundo Team Stealth Carbon Handlebar 2015 is for those looking to eek out every last aerodynamic advantage from their bike. With the introduction of aero road bikes, 3T have produced a road bar to compliment these aero machines. The Aerotundo combines a traditional round road drop with cutting edge aerodynamic tops.
Wind tunnel proven, the 3T designers have added aerofoil tops that are shaped to produce the least drag possible, whilst still complying with UCI rules. Further adding to the handlebar's streamlined appearance is the inclusion of internal cable routing. This accommodates either electronic or mechanical gear systems.
On the drops or the tops you are sure to be in for a rapid ride. 3T have used their Rotundo handlebar's medium-deep, square 139 millimetre drop on the Aerotundo Team Stealth to good effect. This provides the rider with an assured hand position, allowing for excellent control of the bike.
Fast against the clock but also incredibly strong, the Aerotundo Team Stealth is made from stiff carbon fibre. This material is lightweight, with the 42 centimetre wide bar tipping the scales at just 205 grams.
The Aerotundo uses a 31.8 millimetre clamp area making it easy to mount to a range of stems. Dialling your position in perfectly, the 113 millimetre reach allows you to tuck in over the bar.
A versatile cockpit addition, the Aerotundo Team Stealth can be fitted with clip-on aero bars, making it ideal for time trials or triathlons.
Finished in Uni-directional (UD) matte black, with new, subtle 3T 'Road' graphics.
