Description
Performance & Use Case
The C-Bear PF30A Ceramic Bottom Bracket is purpose-built for Cannondale framesets using the PF30A standard - including the SuperSix Evo 2016, Slice 2015 onwards and Super X 2017. Replacing the stock bearings with sealed ceramic units delivers measurably lower rolling resistance through the pedal stroke. For Cannondale riders chasing efficiency on road or gravel, it is a small upgrade that pays back across every long ride.
Construction & Materials
Each cup is CNC machined from solid aluminium to the exacting tolerances required by the Cannondale PF30A interface, then paired with a sealed C-Bear ceramic bearing. The ceramic running surfaces are harder and smoother than steel, which means lower rolling friction, less heat build-up and a longer service interval than a typical alloy bottom bracket. Made in small numbers to rigorous quality standards.
Compatibility
Fits the Cannondale PF30A bottom bracket shell - 73mm width, 46mm internal diameter. Three spindle-compatibility options cover the major crankset standards: Shimano Hollowtech II (24mm), SRAM GXP (24mm) and SRAM DUB (28.99mm). Compatible cranks include FSA Mega Exo, Race Face X-Type, Rotor 3D, Agilis and Rex 3 where the spindle diameter aligns. Select the variant that matches your existing crankset.
