Cannondale Scalpel Si Carbon SE 29" Disc Mountain Bike 2020
The Cannondale Scalpel Si Carbon SE 29" Disc Mountain Bike is beefed-up, aggressive and better equipped for trail shredding than its XC-oriented siblings. An alternative swingarm means that the frame can accommodate extra suspension, with 115mm in the rear and 120mm in the Fox Float Performance fork, giving you the confidence to tackle rowdier terrain. The Asymmetric Integration remains, tucking the back wheel closer in thanks to shorter stays, delivering exceptional traction so that you can chuck it deeper into corners and keep the back end in line more easily. The head angle is slackened off as well so that stability at speed is enhanced giving you the confidence to push the limits a bit further.
Powerful SRAM Guide T hydraulic disc brakes keep your speed in check and the mix of SRAM GX and NX Eagle components with a 1X drivetrain bring solid reliability and performance to the setup. The 10-50t cassette is paired with a 32T chainring for lower gearing and greater range when you need to get out of jail.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
