Cannondale Synapse Carbon SE 105 Disc Womens Road Bike 2019
The SE - or 'Special Equipment' - tagline is reserved for the most adaptable and versatile machines in the Cannondale lineup. The Synapse Carbon SE 105 Disc Womens Road Bike is a lightweight mile-muncher that can happily roll with the fastest on the road, and yet also boasts wide 30mm WTB tyres that are perfect for taking on rocky singletracks or towpaths.
Those tyres and rims also come supplied tubeless-ready, so you can easily make the upgrade to lower rolling resistance and added puncture protection should you wish. This would be the perfect tweak to turn this bike into a proper gravel-riding machine, allowing you to run super low tyre pressures and then reap the benefits in ride quality. The carbon frame is not just lightweight, either. It features Cannondale's SAVE technology that works to absorb roadbuzz and vibration, smoothing out the ride in order to keep you fresh and riding comfortably.
The Shimano 105 groupset provides reliable, effortless shifting ability, and the combination of a compact chainset along with an 11-34 cassette gives you a great depth of gears that will see you over even the steepest gradient. The hydraulic disc brakes are another great addition, giving you powerful stopping power and precise modulation in any weather conditions.
The Fabric Scoop saddle, meanwhile, has been designed specifically for women's physiology and provides a comfortable perch for all-day riding adventures.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
