Cannondale Synapse Hi-MOD eTap Disc Road Bike 2019
The Cannondale Synapse Hi-MOD eTap Disc is the kind of road bike that the professionals ride on their day off, or on long gruelling training rides. Built for all-day comfort, but with the spec of an out-and-out racing maching, this Synapse is a performance road bike that equally delivers comfort.
Cannondale produce the BallisTec Hi-MOD carbon fibre material for only their very best bikes. It's the lightest and stiffest carbon layup that the American marque produces, delivering superb sprinting and climbing ability but laid out in a slightly relaxed geometry to make riding all day as comfortable as possible. Featuring SAVE micro-suspension technology in the frame, fork and seatpost, road buzz is damped significantly across the bike, bringing comfort and getting the most out of the rider.
With a full SRAM RED eTap groupset, electronic shifting is wireless and precise, with no cables and no fuss. The hydraulic disc brakes provide superb modulated stopping power in any weather, too. Featuring a compact 50/34t chainset and a wide 11-32t 11-speed cassette, you have enough gears to help you spin up any climb, even after a gruelling long day in the saddle.
Rolling on a set of Cannondale Hollowgram SL wheels with carbon fibre rims that match the stiffness and lightweight performance of the bike, you'll enjoy the extra comfort of 28mm tyres provided by Vittoria. If that's not enough air between you and the road, you can fit up to 32mm tyres in the frame and fork, making this a seriously versatile endurance road bike.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
