Quality of Product
Had a Coros Pace 3 for 18 months before I discovered a crack in the heart rate monitor and the watch became unusable after moisture got inside. Replaced it with the Pace 4 which also suffered the same issue less than 10 weeks after purchase. A real shame as I enjoyed the Coros apps with good metrics and marathon plans, easy to use watch functionality and much more accurate GPS compared to my previous Polar watch. All of that came at an unbelievably competitive price. However, the materials used are clearly cheap and poor quality, as the durability of 2 watches hasn’t lasted even 2 years. The support team claimed it wasn’t covered under warranty as the photos showed it had been damaged - really difficult to do to a heart rate monitor when it sits against your wrist! Would recommend avoiding Coros until the quality of the hardware/materials improves.
