The trainer mat keeps your floor free from sweat and grease while reducing noise and preventing your trainer from sliding or moving around while you're putting down the power. Two climbing blocks not only stabilise your front wheel but allow you to simulate climbing. Each block has three levels, and the two can be stacked for further difficulty.

The included trainer tyre saves your rear road tyre from the excessive wear that turbo training can cause. Super durable and offering quiet operation, this 700c x 23 tyre will fit the majority of road bikes.

The sweat guard secures to your frame and keeps corrosive perspiration from causing damage. A handy pouch means you can safely and conveniently store your phone or TV remote.

The three included RealRide DVD's (climb, speed and power) provide a means to enhance your training and give you specific sessions to follow.
