The third generation ARC line-up includes the DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT WTS Full Disc Rear Wheel, engineered and hand-assembled at the DT headquarters in Biel, Switzerland. It is designed to deliver the fastest possible rear wheel performance for both flat and undulating terrain.

DT Swiss 1100 DICUT Aerodynamic Development
The wheel has been developed and tested in partnership with DT’s aerodynamics specialists at Swiss Side, ensuring maximum efficiency in real-world racing conditions.
DT Swiss 1100 DICUT Tyre and Tube Setup
The wheel is supplied with a premium 28c Continental GP 5000 STR tyre and a high-performance TPU tube already installed. It can also be set up tubeless using the included valve.
DT Swiss 1100 DICUT Hub Design
Featuring the DICUT 180 hub with a 36-tooth Ratchet EXP and SiNC ceramic bearings, this is DT’s lightest and lowest-drag road disc hub to date. Despite its simplicity and efficiency, it remains just as reliable and easy to service as the renowned 240 hub.
DT Swiss 1100 DICUT Manufacturing Facility
The ARC 1100 disc is built in DT’s BPM manufacturing facility in Biel, Switzerland, alongside R&D prototypes and special projects created for World Tour teams.
