Description

DT Swiss ARC 1400 DICUT 85 Carbon Rear Wheel

Proven at the highest levels of professional road and triathlon racing, the third generation DT Swiss ARC 1400 Rear Wheel continues the development of this benchmark series. The rear rim is a fully proprietary design created with Swiss Side and tested in the GST wind tunnel in Germany.

DT Swiss ARC Rim Profile and Design

The 22 mm internal width rim is optimised for 28-30 mm tyres in a hybrid V-shape, delivering the benefits of deeper rims with superior crosswind stability. Constructed with refined carbon lay-up, Swiss-made T-head Aero Comp spokes, and DT pro-lock hidden nipples, the wheel ensures aerodynamic efficiency and lasting build stability.

DT Swiss ARC 1400 Hub, Freehubs and Axle

At its centre, the wheel uses the DT 240 hub with Ratchet EXP, combining reduced weight and improved bearing stance with reliability and ease of service. The rear wheel comes with both Shimano Road and SRAM XDR freehubs included and is supplied ready for a 12 x 142 mm thru axle.
