How to Use

Take 1-2 Jelly per hour of activity. One jelly provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a glucose: fructose ratio of 2:1 ( Post-hydrolysis of sugars) and is a source of thiamin, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
