Bought as a replacement for another light that couldn't stand up to typical Scottish weather! Already have a exposure front light which has performed excellently and has proven extremely durable. Early days for this traceR light but already impressed by the build quality, the battery life and the multiple light modes. Is even bright enough for daytime use when required. Pricey compared to some other options but feel the build quality is worth the difference.

Exposure Lights TraceR Rear Light with ReAKT and Peloton
Stay seen in low light and after dark, with the Exposure Lights TraceR Rear Light. Innovative ReAKT (Ambient Kinetic Technology) allows the light to automatically flare when you're braking, and create increased contrast to the surrounding light when in areas of higher ambient light. Peloton mode is another handy feature that prevents the light from dazzling the rider behind when riding in a bunch. When a front light is detected, the TraceR will dim accordingly. When you're at the back, the light will flare to make other road users aware that you're ahead on the road.
Emitting up to 75 lumens, this is a light suited to both commuting and road riding, and with an Optimum Mode Selector you can quickly scroll between the two most commonly chosen options; pulse and steady, for ease of use mid-ride. DayBright mode uses all of the available 75 lumens and outputs a double strobe. This is ideal when the sun is low and provides extra assurance that others will spot you.
Runtime is between 3 and 24 hours, depending on the mode selected, and charge time just 4 hours, so it'll be ready to go at the end of your workday or come your morning ride. Weighing just 35 grams, this lightweight offering is highly durable, and functional on the wettest days thanks to IPX6 water resistance.

Reviews
I've been through a lot of lights and from my POV these lights are the brightest during the day. Expensive but if you take care of your kit it should be with you for a long time. Only negative, I do find the button a little difficult to toggle on and off

Q & A
2 questions answered
Hi - Can you confirm if I can clip this to a saddle bag or on the seat stays? Thanks
Hi there, This light is designed to be attached under the saddle, or on the seatpost itself so it would not fit on a saddle bag or seatstay. Thanks, Max
Hi - please can you confirm if the seat post bracket supplied with the light is compatible with an aero seat post? Thanks
Hi Rich, I can confirm that this light is supplied with the mount for a round seatpost, for an aero post, you would require the following mount. https://www.sigmasports.com/item/Exposure-Lights/Aero-Seat-Post-Bracket-for-Exposure-TraceR/FHFF Kind Regards Liam
