1) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
2) Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib an above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.
3) Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
4) Arm Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.
5) Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

These gloves look great & fit well BUT, the quality is not great: They have seen very little mileage with me so far but already some of the finger ends have frayed, and the palm covering is beginning to wear smooth. Also there is effectively no padding apart from a tiny amount (and I mean tiny) strip across the base of your fingers which only gives cushioning if you’re on the tops. Disappointing, even after a discounted purchase price.
