1) Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
2) Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (below the bottom rib an above the hip bones), keeping the tape horizontal.
3) Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
4) Arm Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder following your bent arm down to wrist bone. Bend your arm slightly.
5) Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inner leg along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.
I love Gore. It fits perfectly on my body shape and it is really high quality for the price. I have other sport clothings from them and when I tried this bib against the Rapha, I ultimately decided for Gore once more. Love it. I cannot say on a very long ride how it behaves as I have not had a chance to use it yet.
