These Thermo Windstopper gloves seem to get damp in rain, though I've only tested that once. My hands run cold, and for me these are comfortable to 5C. But they are great at blocking wind, while being breathable, so in chilly but not cold conditions, my hands stay warm and comfortable. The gloves run small, I'd say. I bought a size where I'm comfortably in the middle of the range, and the glove's fingers are long enough but a bit snug (and my fingers are slim not pudgy). I recently bought a Gore Paclite cycling jacket, and that is pure magic. I find these gloves less magical, but I'm still happy that I got them.
