At the heart of the Giro Regime II Road Shoes is a Giro-designed forged unidirectional carbon fibre outsole, providing excellent stiffness for efficient power transfer without sacrificing walkability. The carbon-composite plate is paired with stainless steel hardware and 5mm fore/aft cleat adjustment, ensuring accurate cleat positioning for optimal pedalling performance. TPU toe protection, a replaceable TPU heel pad and an injected heel counter add durability and stability, while dual-injected TPU walking pads make off-the-bike moments more secure.
The one-piece TPU monofilament mesh Synchwire™ upper features a durable thermally bonded TPU skin with zoned, laser-perforated ventilation to keep your feet cool on hard efforts. A traditional 7-eyelet lace closure with tubular woven laces provides a secure, evenly distributed fit, complemented by a Performance Fit shape for all-day comfort. Have tried a few brands of shoes, but giros for comfort still stand out for me, incredibly comfortable and with the dual boas the fit in width is perfect, these shoes do run cool so probably 14 degree plus, excellent quality, i am usually a 9.5/10uk size but have size 11 in these so prob one fully size larger than normal shoes,
I really liked the look of these shoes but unfortunately the toe cap was too narrow for my toes so had to exchange for a wider shoe. Shame.
