Look Keo Grip Cleats
This version of the Look Keo pedal cleats features slip-resistant rubber pads that grip on all surfaces when walking at the start and end of rides or when at the cafe. The memory clip remembers the exact position of your cleat, making replacement super easy when the time comes. Three different levels of float are available, distinguished by the colour of the cleat, and these allow fine-tuning of comfort in line with a rider's personal preferences and ergonomic requirements.
Please note, the Look Keo Grip Cleats are not compatible with Delta pedals.

Got these to go with my Assioma Favero power meter pedals. They fit just fine, and critically have a more durable polymer protector at the front. As this is the bit you'll smash onto anything while hobbling around, they are already showing they're going to last much longer than the Assioma-supplied cleats.
