Featuring a powerful Yamaha motor system and a high-capacity battery, the Haibike Trekking 5 Low Electric Hybrid Bike delivers a fun, practical cycling experience for commuting, leisure and more. The 720Wh InTube battery creates enough range for assistance on long rides. 75Nm of torque is provided by the 250W Yamaha PW-S2 System motor, making light work of even the steepest hills, ensuring you arrive at your destination sweat-free, and it's light and small for sleek integration. This bike has an electric-assisted speed limit of 15.5 mph / 25kph.
Integrated lights add a degree of visibility in low light conditions, and included are mudguards, a kickstand and a luggage rack for your convenience. The Yamaha display is clear and easy to read and allows viewing of assistance levels, ride stats such as speed, and battery remaining. A high front-end provides a comfortable and upright ride experience, and for crisp shifting, a Shimano Deore 1x12-speed drivetrain features. Hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful braking, instilling confidence when descending on wet roads.
