The Mavic Aksium Allroad Centre Lock Disc Clincher Front Wheel 12x100 2018 uses a 21mm profile rim, designed around wider tyres to ensure comfort and grip in all conditions. The weight is kept down by the S6000 aluminium rim, which is made even lighter as it has no reinforced braking surface.
The wheel is kept running smoothly thanks to the sealed cartridge bearing which keep grit and other contaminants out, this paired with the strong straight pull spokes makes it a great choice for gravel and cyclocross riders too.
