Serving your speed cravings, Mavic have equipped this wheelset with a super light rim that delivers excellent power output and speed. Moulded with 3K carbon for increased rigidity, the 19mm wide rim has been optimised around the ever prevalent 25c tyre, with improved shape and greater volume this added width provides a greater aero advantage with reduced rolling resistance. Weighing in at a mere 1520 grams, this wheelset provides stiff performance for powerful speed transitions without compromising comfort. Damping road vibrations, the optimised rim shape assures you of a truly desirable ride.

Increasing the wheels integral strength, the crossed 2 front and Isopulse rear laced aluminium spokes present the perfect torque tension which, combined with 12mm front and 15mm rear thru axle, presents reliable braking efficiency with less flex for hard stopping forces, perfect for centre lock discs.

Hosting the super light Instant Drive 360 freewheel, you will be assured of fast responsive action. Utilising a 40 tooth dual ratchet system to work the pawls within this hub, the Instant Drive 360 provides instantaneous transmissions after only 9 degrees of rotation - with less delay you can speed through sprints and hills with quick successive power transfer.

Please note: For longevity of the wheel, Mavic recommends that the total weight supported by the wheels don't exceed 120kg, bike included. The manufacturer does not recommend using latex inner tubes with carbon clincher wheels. Using latex tubes may void your warranty. This wheelset is shipped with 12 x 142mm thru-end caps as standard. In order to make it QR compatible, part numbers V25108 and V26803 are required as well as skewers M40351 and M40350.
