OK some products are really like gasoline for your bike machine of choice. I owned two Orbea Rise carbon frame bikes and googled feaverishly where all the creaking noise come from. Our favourite bike shops charge a fortune for their so called helping hand for you only to find that fekking creaking persists whete it is. Well, seat post is the #1 to apply this very paste in abundance and it does kill all the creaking back to front. All the headset details are second in place where to streak this sticky beady stuff. Well, at least in my case all the creaking coming from my Orbea carbon frames stopped for good. Job done.
